Median Arcuate Ligament Syndrome Resources

In 2021 I was diagnosed with and sought treatment for MALS -

A rarely diagnosed compression syndrome that causes extreme pain after eating and a myriad of other symptoms.

I collected and gained a lot of information throughout my journey and share my story as much as possible. I wrote a Patient Guide to document my experience and share perspective for those newly navigating a MALS diagnosis.

On this page you can find my Patient Guide, Listen to my story and view various other resources that may be helpful to those looking for answers.
